Yarbo sells two Cores and four tools in many combinations. Here is how the packages are built, which one fits which property, and how to add modules later.
Last updated: October 2026
Pick the Core first, then the season you need most now. The Y40P is the faster, quieter Core. The Y40 does the same jobs and is the one sold in the most Trimmer bundles. Then choose the module for your most urgent job: Snow Blower for winter, Leaf Blower for fall, Lawn Mower Pro for the growing season. You can add the rest later, because every module swaps onto the same Core.

Every package is a Core plus one or more tools.
A package name tells you what is in the box. "Y40P Lawn Mower Pro + Snow Blower" is a Y40P Core with those two modules.
| Yarbo figure | Y40 | Y40P |
|---|---|---|
| Drive | Tracked Core | Gearbox-free dual hub motors |
| Top speed | 0.6 m/s | 1.2 m/s |
| Noise | Not listed | About 60 dB |
| Lawn per week, two cuts | Up to 6 acres | About 7 acres |
| Snow per charge, 1 in | 6,000 sq ft | 7,000 sq ft |
| Max climb | 70% (35°) | 70% (35°) |
Choose the Y40P if you are near the top of those coverage numbers, want quieter early runs, or like the idea of fewer drive parts to wear. Choose the Y40 if your property sits comfortably inside its figures. Full comparison: Yarbo Y40 vs Y40P.
| Module | Yarbo's key figures | Season |
|---|---|---|
| Lawn Mower Pro | 20 in cut, 0.8 to 4 in height, two 300 W motors | Spring to fall |
| Leaf Blower | 174 mph, 607 CFM, slopes to 70% (35°) | Fall |
| Snow Blower | 2-stage, 24 in path, 12 in intake, throws 6 to 40 ft | Winter |
| Trimmer | 200 W, 6,500 RPM, trims 2 to 4 in high, 135 min per charge | Spring to fall |
You mainly want snow cleared. The Y40 Snow Blower or Y40P Snow Blower. In late fall this is the one to order first, so setup is done on bare ground. See do robot snow blowers work?
You mainly want the lawn mowed. The Y40 Lawn Mower Pro or Y40P Lawn Mower Pro. See our Lawn Mower Pro review.
You mainly want leaves moved. The Y40 Leaf Blower or Y40P Leaf Blower. See is there a robot leaf blower?
Two modules cover two seasons on one Core.
When you have lawn, trees and snow, and you want the robot working all year. The Y40P with all three modules and the Y40 with all three modules put everything in one order. Buying together also means one delivery and one setup.

The Trimmer handles the strip a mower cannot reach: along fences, walls and beds. Per Yarbo it trims from 2 to 4 inches high with a 200 W head at 6,500 RPM, runs 135 minutes per charge and carries 23 ft of line. The Trimmer Package includes the Trimmer, the Back Brace Mount and a matching tow hitch.
Yarbo sells Trimmer bundles for both Cores, for example the Y40P Lawn Mower Pro + Trimmer. Add the Trimmer if you have long runs of fence or wall and want edging done without a string trimmer in your hands. Skip it if your lawn has open edges.
Both work, because modules swap onto the Core.

If you add later, match the module to your Core. Yarbo sells Y40 and Y40P versions of some modules. The Your Yarbo System page shows what fits what you own.
| Your property | A sensible starting package |
|---|---|
| Snow belt, long drive, lawn service already mows | Snow Blower |
| Snow belt, 1 to 5 acres of lawn | Lawn Mower Pro + Snow Blower |
| Wooded lot, heavy leaf fall, snowy winters | Snow Blower + Leaf Blower, or all three |
| Warm climate, large lawn, no snow | Lawn Mower Pro, add Leaf Blower if you have trees |
| Estate with fences and walls | Add a Trimmer package |
Use this as a starting point. Slopes, tree cover and driveway size can change the answer.
