Cancellations & Refunds
At Yard Automation Pros, we pride ourselves on having fair and transparent return policies. Cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge (exceptions apply such as custom or made-to-order products, see below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach our team during business hours at (701)-491-0043 or email support@YardAutomationPros.com any time.
Cancellations of Custom or Made-to-Order Products
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.
These products are built or configured specifically for your order. Once you place your order, production begins. Your warranty guarantees a fully functional and operational product.
If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made-to-order, contact us before purchase.
All sales are final for custom and made-to-order products.
Refunds and Returns
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so when eligible. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any return and exchange process.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order products directly from manufacturers. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit a return, we cannot offer one. This can vary by brand and product—contact us for specific eligibility.
Due to increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help cover some costs depending on the product.
Return window: Customers have 30 days from the date they received the item to initiate a return. Manufacturer-specific policies shown on the product page override this general policy.
Refund processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 8 working days after the return is received and inspected (or after cancellation is confirmed, if canceled pre-shipment). Funds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank/payment provider.
Shipping Times
We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Shipping times on product pages are estimates based on supplier and freight carrier information and may change without notice due to supply chain constraints, manufacturing delays, warehouse limitations, or carrier delays.
Total estimated delivery time: 6 to 13 business days (estimated). Delays can occur outside of Yard Automation Pros’ control.

When you make a purchase from Yard Automation Pros, you acknowledge the following:

You will inspect the package upon delivery and note any visible damage at delivery, and take photos if there is damage.

You will provide required damage documentation to Yard Automation Pros within the required timeframe listed below.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of shipping a replacement item in the case of a refund or exchange (unless otherwise stated on the product page).

Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in original packaging, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If your order has left the warehouse, you may be unable to receive a full refund.

If you return an order after it has shipped, you are responsible for return shipping fees and applicable restocking/cancellation fees (including the 25% cancellation fee for outright returns, when applicable).

Shipping estimates on product pages are estimates and may change due to factors outside our control.

You agree not to cancel your order or file a chargeback solely due to order delays or estimate changes caused by manufacturing or logistical constraints outside our control.
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, make note of it when signing for delivery (when applicable).
If your item(s) arrive damaged, send photos of the damage, packaging, and your order number/SKU, along with a brief description to support@YardAutomationPros.com.
Damage reporting deadline (industry standard for freight/LTL): Photos and documentation must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Any punctures or visible exterior damage should be reported within this same timeframe. Claims submitted after this window may be denied by carriers/manufacturers.
Warranty
Warranties vary depending on the manufacturer—see individual product pages for details. Warranty issues typically occur over time and from use.
Arrival-condition window (industry standard): If an item was damaged upon arrival and not reported within 30 days, it is generally not treated as a warranty claim.
Returns
The default policy is that customers are responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Nearly all products include manufacturer warranty/guarantee policies—meaning you will receive a fully functional, operating product as described—see individual product pages for details.
BOGO Promotions
In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one of the two items is returned, you will receive a replacement of that item or store credit equal to the standalone value of that item when purchased on its own.
If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) are responsible for actual return shipping charges and, depending on the manufacturer, potentially a restocking/cancellation fee. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
Our team is here to assist and resolve issues. Please contact us first so we can help you directly.
Fraudulent chargebacks may be treated as theft and pursued accordingly. If you have not received a product or have an issue with a product you received, contact support@YardAutomationPros.com and we will work to resolve it.
