When you order, your payment is pre-authorized. We confirm stock with the supplier, then process the charge and submit the order for shipment. If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we may void the pre-authorization and email you.

Yard Automation Pros is an authorized Betta reseller and an authorized HOBOT and Aiper dealer. Every product we sell comes with its manufacturer's warranty.

Within the United States. WYBOT robots do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, US territories or PO boxes.

Shipping is free on most robots: free freight shipping on Yarbo systems, free shipping on most Mowrator and Aiper products, free ground shipping on Betta within the contiguous US and free shipping on WYBOT within the continental US. HOBOT shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days and arrive 5 to 10 business days later, about 6 to 13 business days in total. By brand: Mowrator usually 7 to 10 business days; Aiper usually 10 to 14 business days; Betta ships in 1 to 2 business days with 1 to 6 days in transit; WYBOT is processed within 2 business days, then 3 to 7 business days. All times are estimates.

We email tracking within 24 to 48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you have no tracking after 5 business days, email Support@yardautomationpros.com.

Large robots such as Yarbo systems travel by freight. Curbside delivery is included for eligible items; threshold or white glove delivery may be offered at checkout, depending on the product and carrier.

Inspect the packaging before you sign, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and take photos. Email photos of the item and packaging, your order number and a short description within 48 hours of delivery.

Contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best once an order has shipped, but address changes often cause delays, and any carrier fees for the change are the customer's responsibility.

Yes, before it ships, for a full refund. Call or email us as soon as possible. Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

You have 30 days from the day you receive the item to start a return. Some manufacturers do not accept returns or have their own rules; the product page shows them, and we can confirm eligibility before you send anything.

If the item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect, the supplier covers the return shipping. For any other return, you pay the cost of shipping the item back to the supplier. Yard Automation Pros does not cover return shipping costs.

Outright returns carry a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping. No restocking fee applies when the item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect.

Unopened, unused and in the original packaging, unless the product page says otherwise. Email us first so we can confirm eligibility and where it goes.

Email photos of the damage and the packaging, your order number and a short description to Support@yardautomationpros.com within 48 hours of delivery. We file the claim with the supplier, who covers the costs for a damaged or defective item.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 8 working days after the return is received and inspected, to the original payment method. Your bank may take extra time to show it.

Email Support@yardautomationpros.com with your order number, the model, the serial number if you have it and a short video or photos of the fault. We prepare a claim-ready package and help you file and follow up the claim with the maker.

No. Yard Automation Pros is an online store. Setup is done in each maker's app, and our team can talk you through it by phone or email.

Yarbo robots mow slopes up to 70% (35°) on their own. Mowrator rates the S1 4WD at 75% (37°) on standard wheels, 85% (40°) with Wide Wheels and 119% (50°) with Grip Tread tires.

No. Yarbo maps your property with RTK and stereo vision, so there is no wire to dig in. The Mowrator S1 is driven with a handheld remote and does not use a wire either.

Yes, with Yarbo. The same Core takes a Lawn Mower Pro, Snow Blower or Leaf Blower module, and Yarbo lists an operating range of -13°F to 113°F.

No. Robots remove debris; they do not manage water quality. Keep running your pump, filter and chemical treatment.

No. The S1 is a remote-control mower: you drive it with a handheld remote from a safe spot. It is built for slopes and rough ground that robot mowers cannot handle.

Mowrator's standard warranty (2 years or 2,000 hours) is for personal, home use. Commercial, agricultural, institutional or other income-generating use falls under a separate Mowrator contract, so call us before you order for that kind of work.

Yes. Yard Automation Pros is an authorized HOBOT dealer, and HOBOT's 1-year limited warranty applies.

The HOBOT-2S. Its Edge-Leakage Sensors detect glass edges, including frameless panes, and HOBOT says it reaches about 80% of each corner.

Always tie the safety rope to a solid indoor fixture before you start. If the power fails, the backup battery keeps the robot on the glass for 20 minutes while it sounds an alert.

HOBOT rates it at up to 90 minutes and up to 150 m² (about 1,600 sq ft) per charge in ECO mode. It vacuums, dry mops, sprays and wet mops in one pass.
