All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 working days and shipped out using a fully tracked courier service. Our chosen couriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, facilitate delivery from our warehouse and/or supplier locations.
Processing times may vary depending on the brand and product type, including oversized items shipped via LTL freight.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we received your order and pre-authorized your payment method.
After your order is received, we confirm stock and shipment availability with our suppliers. If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we may void the pre-authorization and contact you by email.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1 to 3 business days), we will process the charge and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and payment is processed, your order typically ships within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase.
We will send tracking information within 24 to 48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse (or receiving its tracking number from the carrier) to the email address provided at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States only.
Some products may be available for Canada depending on the supplier. If our checkout allows you to enter a Canadian shipping address and complete payment successfully, your order will be processed for delivery to that address.
If your order has already processed or shipped and you would like to change your address, we will do our best to accommodate the request; however, address changes often cause delays.
If freight carriers or couriers charge additional fees due to an address change, those fees are the customer’s responsibility.
All shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We coordinate with our vendors and carriers to ship orders as quickly as possible. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier constraints, inventory issues, freight scheduling, seasonal volume, or supply chain disruptions.
If a customer cancels an order due to shipping delays after it has already shipped or entered freight routing, the customer may be responsible for shipping charges, carrier fees, warehouse storage fees, return shipping, and applicable cancellation fees in accordance with our Cancellations & Refunds policy.
Chargebacks filed for shipment delays that are outside our control may be disputed with supporting documentation (order confirmations, tracking, carrier updates, and delivery estimates).

Threshold Delivery: Item is delivered to your porch, garage, or sheltered entry area.
White Glove Delivery: Item is delivered to a room of choice, includes minor assembly (when offered), and removal of packaging.
